Recently we were invited to attend the 2014 Stampin’ Up Convention here in Salt Lake. As LONG time HUGE fans of Stampin’ Up we were so excited to go spend the day being inspired.
Let me tell you, we were not disappointed. I was BLOWN away every time I turned my head.
First up was how they had the the whole building decorated for their event. It was beautiful. I loved the theme for the year.
Then there were the displays. These are just a few of the photos I took but LOOK at the talent! I have always loved paper crafting and scrapbooking, sadly it’s been put on the back burner for the past few years. With Lila starting preschool this year and Morgan entering 1st grade and full days at school the itch to start up again has been pretty persistent and after this I’m ready to get started!
Along with having a wonderful time being inspired and having fun the attendees of the convention also took time to give back. Their service project was hygiene kits for The Road Home, they were asked to bring items for the kits with them to the convention and bring items they did! Boxes full of the kits were already ready to be packed out and many more were being filled.
We got to try out some of their new items. I cannot wait to start Project Life, I was sold on it before I found out they had teamed up with Stampin’ Up. Now I am even more excited!
There were other things we got to do/see that I can’t share yet. Let’s just say the upcoming Paper Pumpkin kits and Winter Catalog have all us Housewives BURSTING with excitement over upcoming project possibilities!
Thank you Stampin’ Up for letting us come see what you’re up to and for the wonderful day. We’re so excited to keep up with what’s coming.
